            Casual or Elegant, the historic country charm can be set up to fit your needs.  With 2400 square feet of indoor space, Spice & More House is approved for 92 guest occupancy.  Plenty of room to plan for any type of special event.  We also have space for outdoor gatherings and plenty of convenient parking.  Cater your event yourself or bring in a caterer.  Kitchen area is available. The house has a bar. We have a Licensed Bartender that is available upon request.

 

The rental period, can be hourly Monday through Thursday mornings until 2:00pm with a two hour minimum, at a rate of $60 per hour. This includes the event itself and for the cleanup.  Evening rentals and weekends have a four hour minimum, at $60 per hour or flat $300 per day.  Be sure to include cleanup time in your rental so that you have plenty of time for your event without rushing. We have clean up services available.  Late night events need to have a close up time specified in the lease agreement.  These can be flexible on request.  Contact us for special rates for non-profit organizations.
