ValueLift was called to this residence to remodel a back yard.  The owner wanted a picket fence. Later we added a huge trellis / arbor around her patio swing.  Then we added a 10' x 10' patio pavilion.

Below is the back of yard before we built the fence.

The fence was built from scratch, board by board.

After the fence boards dried, the owner painted the fence black.

Then we added the trellis / arbor.

Finally, we added the 10' x 10' patio pavilion.

An outdoor fan with light added the final touch.
