Patio Project

This condo project involved giving a ValueLift to a fenced in patio area that was overtaken by weeds and mold.  Also, notice the condition of the fence, deck and stairs. ValueLift built the fence several years ago. It was never sealed and has weathered badly.  Follow these pics to see how I redesigned the patio and then cleaned and sealed the deck, stairs and fence.

Before

The owner wanted to be rid of all vegetation and wanted a neat appearance.  We decided on flat Grand Canyon Rocks placed and then filled with 3/8" pea-gravel.
